REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our Commitment

At Millie's Little Piece of Art, we take pride in creating high-quality African American jigsaw puzzles that celebrate Black culture, joy, and excellence. Each puzzle is made to order with care and attention to detail.

Made-to-Order Products

Important: All of our puzzles are custom-made to order through our trusted production partner. As a result, we have the following policy:

  • We do not accept returns on puzzles that have been produced and shipped
  • All sales are final once production begins
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent to production (typically within 24-48 hours)

Exceptions: When We Will Offer Refunds or Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If your puzzle arrives damaged or defective (missing pieces, printing errors, warped pieces, etc.), please contact us within 20 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement puzzle at no cost or issue a full refund.

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong puzzle (different design or size than ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct puzzle at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you never received it, or if it's lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the problem

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
