Why I Started MLPA

I've loved puzzles for as long as I can remember.

Even as a little girl, puzzles brought me so much joy. There was something special about sitting down, taking my time, and watching hundreds of little pieces come together to create something beautiful.

As I got older, my love for puzzles never changed.

But one thing I noticed was that I didn't often see puzzles that reflected the people, traditions, and memories I grew up with. I wanted artwork that felt familiar—images that reminded me of family gatherings, faith, love, and the moments that truly matter.

That's when the dream for Millie's Little Piece of Art (MLPA) was born.

I named my company after my beautiful granddaughter because family has always been at the heart of everything I do.

My very first puzzle, Dinner at Grandma's House, is more than just a picture. It's a memory.

It reminds me of Sunday mornings, going to church, walking into Grandma's house, smelling dinner already cooking, and sitting around the table with the people I loved most. Before anyone touched a plate, Grandma would pray, and for a few precious moments, nothing else mattered except being together.

Those memories inspired this business.

My goal is to create puzzles that do more than entertain. I want every design to tell a story, bring families together, start conversations, and remind us of the people and traditions that shaped our lives.

This is only the beginning.

Thank you for believing in my dream and becoming part of the MLPA family. I can't wait to share many more beautiful stories with you—one puzzle at a time.

With love,

Ronnie 🤍
