SHIPPING POLICY

Made-to-Order Production
At Millie's Little Piece of Art, every puzzle is custom-made just for you! This means your puzzle doesn't exist until you order it. Our production partner, creates your puzzle with care after you place your order.
Processing Time
Production: 2-5 business days
Once you place your order, it takes 2-5 business days for your puzzle to be manufactured and prepared for shipping. This time frame does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, your puzzle will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 3-7 business days
Total Delivery Time: 5-12 business days from order placement (production + shipping)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- Number of items in your order
- Weight and size of your order
Special Offer: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Check our homepage for current offers!
Tracking Your Order
Once your puzzle ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
- A link to track your package in real-time
You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's journey from our production facility to your doorstep.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Washington D.C.
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally, but we hope to expand in the future!
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've made an error, contact us immediately at sharonnie@millieslittlepieceofart.com and we'll do our best to update your address before production begins.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or family members
- Look around your property (porches, garages, mailrooms)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- If still not located, email us within 14 days and we'll help resolve the issue
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days at sharonnie@millieslittlepieceofart.com
- Include your order number and photos
- We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our puzzles are made to order, we can only modify or cancel orders before production begins (typically within 24-48 hours of placing your order). If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at sharonnie@millieslittlepieceofart.com
Once production starts, we cannot cancel or modify your order.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During busy seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.), production and shipping times may be slightly longer. We'll notify you if delays are expected.
